Pilates on the go

Pilates on the go in Wandsworth, South West London aims to teach the benefits of the Pilates Repertoire to those between the ages of 18 – 90 years, there are no age restrictions or limits according to ability. Everyone can benefit from Pilates as exercises are tailored to an individual's needs and abilities. Anyone wanting to improve their posture or flexibility will enjoy the benefits of Pilates, as will anyone wanting to change the contours of their body and strengthen their core muscles. The Pilates method also offers excellent antenatal and postnatal repertoire.

Both apparatus and mat work Pilates are taught at the Wandsworth Studio one on one or in small groups, offering a friendly and comfortable environment in which to improve your wellbeing.

A Course in Wellbeing – £150 (6-week course payable in advance)

Living in London can be stressful and tiring at times. It is easy to be overwhelmed by negative thoughts and feelings of anxiety. This 6-week course is about learning how to be more present in your everyday life.

Together, we will explore a range of relaxation techniques, guided meditations, and mindfulness exercises that can be incorporated into your daily routines helping you to connect with feelings of inner stillness, joy and love. You will discover a new energy and a new love to life itself, returning to your natural state of mind and body: one of effortless calm and peacefulness.

The course will be led by Alexandra Taylor, a qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Transformational Coach specialising in Relaxation Therapy and Meditation.

The course will be run for 6-weeks from 7:15pm – 8:15pm beginning on Monday 14th of May.
